A1. Web Accessibility Survey
Here is the questionnaire that was sent in the second week of June 2008. The questionnaire was published through or sent to:
- Parano.be: French and English speaking online invitation-based community.
- JaME: French forum.
- My fellow students from the MSc Information Management and the MSc Computer And Internet Technologies
The answered received are added in the file bellow and have been, when necessary, translated from French to English.
The evaluation of the answers given in these questions is personal and is based on my personal knowledge of the subject.

A2. Checklist of Checkpoints for WCAG 1.0
Here are presented the results of the manual evaluation of this website.
Each checkpoint has a priority level assigned by the Working Group based on the checkpoint's impact on accessibility:
- Priority 1: A Web content developer must satisfy this checkpoint. Otherwise, one or more groups will find it impossible to access information in the document. Satisfying this checkpoint is a basic requirement for some groups to be able to use Web documents.
- Priority 2: A Web content developer should satisfy this checkpoint. Otherwise, one or more groups will find it difficult to access information in the document. Satisfying this checkpoint will remove significant barriers to accessing Web documents.
- Priority 3: A Web content developer may address this checkpoint. Otherwise, one or more groups will find it somewhat difficult to access information in the document. Satisfying this checkpoint will improve access to Web documents.
Some checkpoints specify a priority level that may change under certain (indicated) conditions.

A3. Opquast Project Evaluation
Here are presented the results of the manual evaluation of this website.
Opquast offers five sets of best practices to be tested:
- Opquast - All on line services
- Opquast - E-commerce service
- Opquast - Syndication service
- Opquast - Newsletter Service
- RGAA
The website tested does not offer E-commerce, syndication, nor newsletter services; the RGAA set, which is based in French directives for accessibility of administrations’ websites has not been translated into English yet; thus only the All on line services set will be presented here.
