V. Accessible Content

Even when being able to access the content from a webpage, a disabled person may not be able to understand the offered content and to get the information he or she was seeking. This is particularly true for people with mental or intellectual deficiencies and for young people who just started to read.

But as for any aspect of accessibility, an accessible content will benefit each and every readers or listener.
